Fine dining at La Tuja Relais Du Parc is a sublime experience, where the flavours of tradition are reinterpreted in a contemporary key by Chef Mario Cinque, for a gastronomic journey in which the sensory dimension plays a central role.
Guests can enjoy a delicious aperitif or dinner immersed in our century-old park: live music provides the perfect backdrop to these convivial moments, delighting the five senses through a memorable culinary offering accompanied by an excellent glass of wine or a signature cocktail.
We offer a menu rooted in our gastronomic heritage, designed to express the identity of the Sorrento area through outstanding ingredients, such as vegetables from our small kitchen garden, prepared with care and awareness by our culinary brigade. The result goes beyond a simple combination of ingredients, embracing a sense of aesthetics through an elegant mise en place that delights the eye even before the palate.
Dinner is served from 7:30 to 9:30 PM exclusively for guests of the relais; in the event of rain, it will be hosted in our refined indoor dining room. The restaurant is open to external guests by reservation only.
