The driving experience offered at La Tuja allows guests to discover some of the most iconic destinations in the surrounding area, such as Sorrento, Pompeii and Amalfi, as well as the stunning scenery of the Sorrento Coast.
We collaborate with private operators offering different types of boats, from inflatables to open boats up to 15 metres in length, allowing guests to enjoy evocative boat tours exploring the surrounding area: from the bay of Vico Equense to the Gulf of Naples, with views of Mount Vesuvius, as far as Sorrento and Capri.
We arrange tours with tastings in Gragnano, the renowned city of pasta and an authentic excellence of the local area, located just a 20-minute drive from La Tuja Relais Du Parc. This experience is designed to introduce guests to the history of Campania’s pasta-making tradition, starting from the Valle dei Mulini and continuing with a visit to one of the town’s renowned pasta factories, including a tasting of PGI pasta such as smooth paccheri and other local pasta varieties.

Among the itineraries most closely connected with Vico Equense, Mount Faito offers trails immersed in the Lattari Mountains and extraordinary views over the Gulf of Naples, Pompeii and the coastline. A visit to the Great Cone of Mount Vesuvius is also not to be missed, offering a close-up look at the volcanic landscape, as is a romantic hike along the Path of the Gods, which crosses the Amalfi Coast from Agerola to Positano, with a total length of about 9 km.
